Our AC (Alpine Cactus) enclosure is the smallest enclosure that can be made from either Polycarbonates by injection molding or aluminum or die casting. The outer dimensions of the enclosure are : 121.5 mm x 214.5 mm x 51.5 mm; Accommodating PCB dimensions up to 110-135 mm x 70-85 mm. The material is protected against UV rays. With just a small quantity of order, we can provide an enclosure adapted to any application. AC enclosure has an opening suited for two waterproof cable gland and/or waterproof ethernet, or any other interface connector from our M-smart® range, such as LED, USB, fiber optical, SIM, or power connection. AC can have up to 2 RF antenna access holes. Along with the enclosure, the customer can optionally choose a set of accompanying components: mast mounting, wall mounting, mounting with tilt option, fixing without tilting down, coaxial cable jumpers, surge arrestors, grounding cable, and so on. The whole set of enclosure is made of the highest quality materials and is intended for use even in the most demanding weather conditions. Our GLB (GTT Launch Box) enclosure is the most adopted enclosure that can be made from either Polycarbonates by injection molding or aluminum by die casting. The outer dimensions of the enclosure are : 220 mm x 250 mm x 70 mm; ; Accommodating PCB dimensions up to : 121-140 mm x 170-184 mm . The material is protected against UV rays. With just a small quantity of order, we can provide an enclosure adapted to any application. GLB enclosure has an opening suited for four waterproof cable gland and/or waterproof ethernet, or any other interface connector from our M-smart® range, such as LED, USB, fiber optical, SIM, or power connection. GLB can have up to 6 RF antenna access holes. Along with the enclosure, the customer can optionally choose a set of accompanying components: mast mounting, wall mounting, mounting with tilt option, fixing without tilting down, coaxial cable jumpers, surge arrestors, grounding cable, and so on. The outer dimensions of the enclosure are : 310 mm x 310 mm x 81.4 mm; ; Accommodating PCB dimensions up to : 159-205 mm x 240-260 mm. The material is protected against UV rays. With just a small quantity of order, we can provide an enclosure adapted to any application. Formosa enclosure has an opening suited for six waterproof cable gland and/or waterproof ethernet, or any other interface connector from our M-smart® range, such as LED, USB, fiber optical, SIM, or power connection. Formosa can have up to 6 RF antenna access holes. Along with the enclosure, the customer can optionally choose a set of accompanying components: mast mounting, wall mounting, mounting with tilt option, fixing without tilting down, coaxial cable jumpers, surge arrestors, grounding cable, and so on. Shields against radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic frequency (EMF). Resistant to UV, rusting corrosion, 96 hours salt spray test and up to 320 hours special marine grade coating available. Operation temperature ranging from -40 degree to +85 degree with GTT special thermal dissipation solution up to 65 Watts. Durable gasket/ O-ring sealing mechanism for D2/D3 pulling test. Gore Vent membrane technology

Protective Vents for Outdoor Electronics
Outdoor enclosures are continuously exposed to harsh environments such as rainstorms, dust, sand and high winds. During changing environmental conditions, pressure can build inside a sealed enclosure, putting stress on seals. Over time stress causes seals to fail, which allows water, corrosive liquids, salt and particulates to enter the enclosure and damage the internal electronics. Grand-tek uses Gore Vent membrane technology protecting sensitive electronics, ensuring all parts in the enclosure function well in extreme weather conditions.
Gore Vent membrane technology equalize pressure and reduce condensation by allowing air to flow freely into and out of sealed enclosures. At the same time, Gore Vent membrane technology provide a durable barrier to protect the electronics from contaminants. The result — improved reliability, increased safety and longer product life for your sealed electronic devices. Grand-tek stock most commonly used type of vents with Gore Vent membrane technology, ranging from PMF-12 to PMF-12M, while VSC adhesive series are subject to availability.

Gore Vent membrane technology - Lighting Enclosures
Lighting enclosure vents with Gore Vent membrane technology rapidly equalize pressures while blocking water and contaminants, for improved product performance and service life.
Gore Vent membrane technology equalize pressure when the enclosure is exposed to environmental temperature changes, or temperature changes related to the light turning on and off, a pressure differential is created between the enclosure air volume and the environment. These pressure changes put extreme stress on the housing seals, over time causing them to fail and allow moisture and other contaminants to enter. Gore Vent membrane technology equalize pressure by allowing air to pass through the membrane.
