Gender parity in 2022

On March 8th, 2022, the President Tsai opened the Taiwan Gender Equality Week 2022. This is the occasion to highlight the importance of women in an industrial and technical environment such as our company.

Grand-Tek is committed to build a more inclusive world and workplace.
According to a Taiwanese local survey, our company is ranked in the top 10 in Taiwan regarding women “working in a leading position”.
Indeed, more than 50% of our board of directors are women! Not to mention our amazing executive team where diversity of genders is also represented.
